Hey! I'm Angelina, Former Exotic Animal Caretaker, Current Elopement Photographer.

I’m Angelina — a Chicago native with a deep love for the Midwest.I love photographing elopements in Illinois because it offers quiet beauty, scenic river views, and hidden places that couples often overlook. And the Quad Cities? The Mississippi River bluffs and peaceful trails will always have my heart. When I’m not behind the lens, I’m usually with my three pets (a cat and two dogs), and if you guessed I was the kid who once had a pet rat, ferret, and even iguanas… you’d be right.

mY FAVORITE THINGS

  • Food: Pizza & Tacos... also White Castle.
  • Drink: I looooove some coffee
  • State I've lived in: Arizona
  • Activity to do in the summer: Hiking with my dogs
  • Movies: The Crow and all of the Jurassic Park/World films... except Dominion... that one was trash...
  • Locations I've shot at: Mexico, Puerto Rico, Arizona, Colorado, & Texas!

At the heart of everything I do is a deep love for adventure, meaningful connection, and creating space for others to feel seen and celebrated. I believe in living curiously, serving with empathy, and embracing every moment with cheerfulness and creativity.

Those values guide me in the way I move through the world and in how I photograph love. They show up in the way I care for people, honor emotion, and document stories with honesty and thoughtfulness. They aren’t just words to me. They’re how I live, how I love, and how I show up for every couple who trusts me with their story.

If you’re looking for wedding and elopement photography that feels as real as your love story, you’re in the right place! My documentary-style approach means I capture the raw, unscripted moments without awkward poses or forced smiles.

Your elopement deserves to be documented with care, intention, and presence. I focus on capturing emotion-filled moments as they naturally unfold, paired with vibrant, true-to-life color that reflects how it all actually felt. No stiff poses, just real love, bold color, and the kind of energy that stays with you long after the day is over.

What's my Photography Style?

This is my old boy, Willow. I got him back in 2015 when I was living in Waverly Iowa. I like to call him my first born. And if you're familiar with Stewie from Family Guy, then you already know Willow's personality. He is quite the sir

This beautiful girl right here is Sage. I refer to her as my soul dog. Sage came into my life while I was living in Texas back in 2022. She's a European Rottweiler and she has all the sass. Talk about a passenger princess! But I love her. Even when she wakes me up at 5am to go on her "Hot Girl Walk."

Last, but not least, we have Bowser. Bowser was a birthday present to me from my husband in 2023. He was the longest resident at the animal rescue. His genetic makeup consists mostly of American Cattle Dog, Lab, German Shepherd, & American Pitbull Terrier. He loves to herd Sage and nip everybody else.

And this is my little crew: my husband Nathaniel and my stepson Liam.

We got married on August 31, 2024, and going through that process gave me a whole new perspective. I know what it’s like to be on the other side of the lens—figuring out timelines, navigating emotions, and hoping your photographer just gets it.

That experience made me even more intentional in how I care for my couples. If you're looking for someone who brings warmth, creativity, and a love for pets, people, and a good love story—you’re in the right place.
